Dates GeorgeTutor operates summer scheduling from June 15 to August 14. We can flex these dates by up to a week upon request.

Default If we have not received your Summer Option via this form by May 14, we will deem you to have selected Option A.

End of Slot Scheduling From June 15, regular slot scheduling ends. Instead, you book your sessions when you want them, using the booking portal to do so. Additionally, we will block-book sessions for you on a one-time basis.

Old Tokens On June 14, all flexibility tokens and vouchers from the 2024/25 academic year will expire and will be zeroed from accounts.

Summer Tokens We do not operate a token flexibility scheme in summer. No tokens are issued to accounts between May 23 and the start of AY 25/26.

Availability GeorgeTutor will make bookable times available 1-2 weeks ahead. The only limit is please ask before booking two sessions in any one day.

Vouchers (mid-Jun) On receipt of payment for Jun/Jul or the 2-for-1 Jun/Aug, you'll receive summer vouchers: five for level 1, nine for level 2 and thirteen for level 3, etc.

Vouchers (mid-Jul) On receipt of payment for Jul/Aug, you'll receive further summer vouchers: five for level 1, nine for level 2 and thirteen for level 3, etc.

Bookings Summer bookings must be made/canceled by subscribers through the booking portal. We charge a $20 fee for each booking we make/cancel on your behalf.

Cancellations Our policy with all booked sessions is still use-or-lose. However, if you cancel a session at least 48 hours ahead, we may at our discretion credit you back the voucher.

Extra Sessions If you require more sessions than you have available vouchers, extra sessions may be purchased through the booking portal for $77.55/session.

Vouchers Expiry All summer vouchers will become valueless and will be zeroed from accounts on August 14.

Notice If you decide to give Notice to discontinue, your final Invoice is based on the LOS at which you were served in Apr/May, and not on your Summer Option.

Choice Change Once you have communicated your Summer Option to us, we reserve the right not to support a subsequent Option change.

AY 25/26 Academic Year 2025/26 begins August 15. We'll contact you before that date to guide you to academically and financially best solutions via the registration process.
